Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you require late check-out, please ask our staff in advance, and we’ll advise you depending on our occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have availability. In any case if you need to leave late or arrive early, you’re always welcome to keep your luggage with us until your room is ready.

Location & Parking
While centrally located on Palolem's main street, we dont have dedicated on site parking. Street parking may be available, and there’s paid parking in car parks nearby on the main road. You may drop off your luggage right at our entrancebefore you park.
Airport Transfers
Dabolim Airport (GOI) is a 1.5-hour drive, and Manohar Airport (MOPA) is 2.5 hours away. Send us your flight details and we can arrange a safe, experienced driver (extra charge applies).
Getting Around
Our team is happy to help you arrange a taxi, tuk-tuk, car rental, or scooter rental during your stay to explore South Goa.
Children & Extra Guests
Rooms feature a plush king-size bed for 2 adults. An extra single bed is available for ₹700/night. Baby cribs/cots are provided free of charge (please request in advance).
Food & Drinks
Our restaurant Kanvas is just 100 meters down the road, offering free room delivery. All rooms are equipped with a kettle, tea/coffee, and a mini-fridge. Countless other dining hotspots are a short walk away.
Booking & Payments
To confirm the booking and reserve your room, we require full payment in advance. We accept UPI, card payments, and bank/Wise transfers in various currencies.
Cancellations
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (provided check-in is 14+ days away). 50% refund for cancellations 14+ days before arrival. Non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
Electricity
Power cuts in South Goa occasionally happen. While we have a battery backup system to support Wifi, lights and fans during standard outages, you may occasionally experience periods with no power if the grid is down for an extended time.
Accessibility
Please note our reception and rooms have steps leading up to them. If you have mobility limitations, please discuss this with us before arrival so we can reserve the most suitable room.
Housekeeping & Eco-Policy
Housekeeping is available daily. To support our eco-friendly initiatives, we kindly encourage guests to reuse towels and bedding during their stay when possible.
Pet Policy
While we love animals, Kanvas is a strictly pet-free property to ensure the comfort and allergy-safety of all our guests.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing coastal escape for everyone, we kindly request that guests keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM.
